Grana'

Grana' is how all the locals say Granada.  They enjoy leaving out significant letters and sounds from their words, making it much harder to understand them.  Oh, but that's ok, it's not like the Granadinos speak the FASTEST SPANISH IN THE WORLD, or anything.  That's cool, leave out your s's at the end of words, forget the d's entirely and lisp every friggin c and z that you can! AWESOME, province of ANDALUCIA.  Way to be completely unlike latin american spanish--the spanish i learned in high school. I can't even say "carros" for cars or "manejar" for drive.  THOSE DON'T EXIST.  It's "coche" and "conducir."  Oh, and abuela...don't even TRY to talk to me because you are the fastest of all.

  1. I just have to say how funny it is to me that you, the Queen of Abbreves, is hating on another country's tendency to abbreviate. Just saying!

i also really like deena's comment.

and in argentina, i tried saying "coche" and "carro," but it was "auto"
